Returns Policy:

We’re happy to accept back any UK orders within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. Please email us with your order number and a reason for the return.

Once your return is reviewed, you have a choice between store credit or a full refund. We ask that items are returned in their original packaging, as our pieces are boxed with their safety in mind.

We use DHL express and will provide all paperwork required for a return.

Repair & Recycle Policy:

We are the in business of making heirlooms and all of our work has a lifetime guarantee. We offer a complimentary repair service to ensure the longevity of your furniture.

Please send any photographs and a brief explanation to info@wilkinson-rivera.com. We will get back to you straight away with a diagnosis. Our repair & recycle policy works in three stages, depending on the issue:

Stage One – Guided DIY (Cosmetic and/or Minor): We can provide you with a tailored repair kit and set of instructions. We’re always available for additional guidance, if ever needed.

Stage Two – Workshop Repair (Professional Required): If that’s the case, we’ll have the work collected by DHL and brought back to our London workshop. After an in-person assessment we can provide you with a lead time.

Stage Three – Replace: (It’s Dunzo): On the off-chance that your furniture cannot be repaired, it can be replaced. We promise to make good use of any defunct furniture returned to us.
